R. Scott Costantino is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial Law.  He is also Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  Mr. Costantino has received an "AV" rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.  He has more than 20 years experience and has been with the Firm since its inception in 1991.  Mr. Costantino specializes in civil litigation.

Mr. Costantino has been elected as a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers ("ISOB").  In selecting its membership the ISOB seeks to honor attorneys who have distinguished themselves as outstanding in the field of advocacy.

Mr. Costantino has also been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in Florida.  Only five percent of the lawyers in the State are named by Super Lawyers.  He represents clients in medical malpractice cases, complex personal injury cases, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death cases, product liability cases, medical device cases, Federal Tort Claims Act cases as well as contract disputes and commercial matters.

Mr. Costantino was born in Albany, Georgia and grew up in Jacksonville.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from the University of Florida in 1985.  Mr. Costantino received his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1988.  While in law school he was the Student Works Editor and Senior Executive Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy.  While not practicing law, Mr. Costantino enjoys spending time with his wife Monica and their four children, Ben, Luke, Oliver and Raquel.
