Liles, the managing partner of Liles, Gavin, Costantino, George & Dearing, P.A., was invited to give testimony before the Florida Senate Judiciary Committee on proposed changes to Florida's Bad Faith law. Mr. Liles, widely recognized as one of the preeminent experts in the field of bad faith, spoke about the history of Florida's Bad Faith law and the effect of the proposed changes.
